TERMS OF SERVICE
you may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:★ claim the artwork as your own
★ remove my signature
★ as a base for other work
★ NFT or AI use is PROHIBITED
★ commercial reproduction without purchasing the rights from me
PAYMENT
★ full payment is due upfront
★ listed prices are the base price. the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission
★ excessive or major revisions will result in additional fees
★ please be patient. rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees
REFUND POLICY
★no refund will be given once the sketch phase has started
★once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted
★you may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork
ADDITIONALLY:
★ i value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my work. updates are provided at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases
★ please provide visual references. non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined
by commissioning me for any custom artwork, you are agreeing to these terms of service.

commissions are for personal use only. artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners (with credit), but may not be used for profit. however, you may ask to purchase commercial rights either at the time of request or when needed

prices include 4 pngs - neutral, blinking, open mouth + blinking, and neutral + open mouth. commercial costs included
